At Bunny & Deer we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, products must:
1. Be in their original packaging and condition
2. Be unused and unaltered
3. Have all original tags, labels, and accessories
4. Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Procedure
1. Contact us via info@bunnyanddeer.co.za or 079 574 5492 to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).
3. Ship the product back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, at your own cost (unless the product is returned to be replaced where it arrived in a damaged condition)
Refund Policy
1. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
2. Refunds will be done by electronic funds transfer ("EFT").
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the incorrect product was sent or package was sent in error.
Exceptions
Personalized or customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchange Policy and Procedure
1. Exchanges are available for items that arrived in a damaged condition.
2. Exchanges will only be made where we are notified within 2 days of the delivery date that the product is damaged, together with photographs of the damaged product and/or packaging.

All products are made-to-order and we do not stock products ready to be shipped. All orders are processed and produced within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment. In the event that the products ordered cannot be shipped within this timeframe we will notify you as soon as possible (for example for large orders or for custom orders that require sourcing special materials). We do, however, undertake to ship products as soon as reasonably possible after order confirmation, as customer satisfaction is one of our main goals.
A shipping fee of R100 will apply to all orders to be shipped in a single consignment. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own courier or special arrangements can be made for personal collection of items. As we are a home-based business, no collections will be allowed without prior arrangement and agreement on the specific date and time for collection. Right of access to the premises is strictly reserved. When your order is placed your preference for shipping will be selected.
Products are shipped by a third-party courier service. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy with regards to processing your personal information and providing such information to third party suppliers for this purpose.
Once an order is ready to be shipped you will be notified and we will provide you with the parcel tracking number.

-*Every effort is made to ensure that the photo of the items accurately reflect the actual colour of the item, please note that due to the differences in various monitor and device settings (such as brightness, contrast, saturation, etc.) there may be a slight difference in colour between what is shown on your screen and the final product. If you need a certain colour matched exactly, please contact us by WhatsApp or e-mail to make the necessary arrangements for a colour sample to be obtained. There may be additional costs for this, for example the cost of shipping the sample or sourcing the correct material, however such costs will be discussed before a final order is placed and confirmed. Kindly take note that all products are handmade on order (not mass-produced), and therefore the actual product may differ slightly in shape, size and colour from the images displayed. We do, however, endeavour to deliver products that are beautifully crafted to our clients' satisfaction.
Although great care goes into handcrafting each item and to ensure that each item is as safe as possible for little ones, it remains the purchaser or user's responsibility to ensure upon receipt of the order and every time before use that the product is free from defects or loose parts or threads that could be harmful to the baby or pose a choking hazard. By purchasing and using any of our products you confirm that you assume full responsibility and use any of our products at your own risk. You further confirm that Bunny & Deer, its owner/s and/or employees and/or suppliers and third party providers will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever arising, or injury or death arising out of or connected with the use of any of our products. You agree that any product purchased will be used at your own risk and that it is and at all times remains your responsibility to check that the item is free from damage before use by any individual, including babies, and it is your responsibility to assess the risks individual to your child before purchasing or using any product with or on your child. Under no circumstances should you leave a child unattended in the presence of any of our products as it may present a choking hazard causing serious injury or even death. All purchasers and users assume full responsibility and liability and use any of our products at their own risk.
